This master's thesis attempts to answer the question of whether such modern digital teaching with blended learning can support learning success and motivation at the St. Francis Middle School V{\"o}cklabruck in Upper Austria. The online lessons are designed with free and open multimedia content, educational videos and open-source software for creating interactive (learning) content from the internet. On the basis of theoretical considerations on learning, motivation and media didactics with practical media didactic possibilities for designing modern multimedia teaching sequences, two research questions are formed. The answer to the research question on motivation is provided by a mixed-method parallel design. The results of the rather small sample from the eighth grade have a limited validity because the many possibilities for designing multimedia learning sequences are very difficult to compare. Online teaching in the form of blended learning in the subject of physics, designed according to the practical media didactic possibilities described in the master's thesis, can significantly increase knowledge of a physical topic and thus support learning success. Likewise, a partially increased intrinsic motivation in the subject of physics can be demonstrated, which probably arose from a motivating event, i.e. the practical media-didactic possibilities. In addition, the interviews provide indications of an increase in learning motivation when blended learning takes place in the form described in the subject of physics.}, subject = {Lernmotivation}, language = {de} }
