N2  - Der Prozess zu einer langfristig hochwertigen Qualität in Kindertageseinrichtungen wird maßgeblich von den Leitungskräften und deren Qualifikation hierfür bestimmt. Die mannigfaltigen und diskrepanten Ansprüche, Erwartungen und Forderungen im Arbeitsfeld Kindertageseinrichtung führen dabei zu einem komplexen Aufgabenbereich. 
Forschungsziel vorliegender Bachelorarbeit ist zum einen die Limitation der Leitungsprofession durch die Entwicklung eines Anforderungsprofil von Kita-Leitungen und das Darlegen dieser Schlüsselkompetenzen, als auch eine Vergleichsanalyse der Kindheitspädagogik und Sozialpädagogik auf diese Leitungsprofession. Um diesem Ziel nachzugehen, werden eine systematische Literaturrecherche sowie eine Dokumentenanalyse zum Erhalt geeigneter Daten bzw. Literatur sowie dem schlussfolgenden kritischen Diskurs durchgeführt. Dieser offenbart, dass Kindheits- wie auch Sozialpädagogen trotz verschiedener Schwerpunkte durchaus in der Lage zur Übernahme der Leitungsprofession sind, dem Anforderungsprofil gerecht werden und eine gewisse Konkurrenz in der frühkindlichen Bildung formen.
N2  - The process to a long-term high quality in daycare facilities is essentially determined by the managers and their qualifications for this. The diverse and discrepant demands and expectations in the sphere of daycare work lead to a complex area and responsibility. The research objective of these bachelor's thesis is, for one thing the limitation of the management profession by developing a requirement profile of daycare facility managers and presenting these key competences and on the other hand a comparative analysis of childhood pedagogy and social pedagogy on this management profession. In order to pursue this objective, a systematic literature research and a document analysis are carried out to obtain suitable and appropriate data and literature as well as the final critical discourse. This reveals that, despite various priorities and focuses, both childhood and social educators are quite capable of taking on the management profession, fulfil the requirements profile and form a certain competition in early childhood education.
