T1  - Wie sollte das zukünftige Profil der School Nurse aussehen?

N2  - In der vorliegenden Arbeit geht es um das zukünftige Profil der School Nurse. Dabei wird 
eruiert, ob dies auch eine Rolle für den Pflegeexperte APN sein könnte. International bereits 
etabliert wird das Profil der School Nurse auf das deutsche Schulsystem übertragen.

Der Inhalt und das Konzept der Bachelorarbeit basieren auf vorangegangenen 
Literaturrecherchen, Abschlussberichten/Evaluationen des Modellprojektes 
"Schulgesundheitspflege an allgemeinbildenden Schulen" und der Hospitation bei der School 
Nurse an der Franconian International School. Das Kompetenzmodell nach Hamric et al. 
stellt den pflegewissenschaftlichen Bezugsrahmen dar. Mit dem im Anschluss entwickelten
Konzept, angelehnt an Graf und Spengler wird sich dem Profil genauer gewidmet. 

Im Rahmen der Konzepterstellung wurde eine SWOT-Analyse durchgeführt, die einen 
genauen Blickwinkel auf die noch fehlenden Strukturen gibt. Hierbei wurde unter anderem 
auf die Konkurrenten wie Schulbegleiter, Mobiler sonderpädagogischer Dienst (MSD), 
Sozialpädagoge und Schulpsychologe näher eingegangen. Einen Schwerpunkt stellt die 
Finanzierung dar, mit der ein wichtiger Grundbaustein für die mögliche spätere Etablierung 
gelegt wird.
N2  - The present paper is about the future profile of the School Nurse. It will be investigated 
whether this could also be a role for APN experts. Already established internationally, this is 
being transferred to the German school system.

The content and the concept of the bachelor thesis are based on previous literature 
research, final reports/evaluations of the model project "School Health Care in General 
Education Schools" and the internship with School Nurse at Franconian International School. 
The competence model according to Hamric et al. represents the nursing science reference 
framework. The concept developed subsequently, based on Graf and Spengler, is dedicated 
to the profile in more detail. 

A SWOT analysis was carried out during the development of the concept, which provides a 
precise view of the structures that are still missing. Among others, competitors such as 
school attendants, mobile special education service (MSD), social pedagogue and school 
psychologist were examined in more detail. One focus is on financing, which is an important 
building block for the possible later establishment.

In conclusion, a School Nurse APN enriches the German education system. Under the 
current framework conditions, the concept presented here is not yet practible, but can be 
implemented with the right commitment and would be worthwhile in the long term
