N2  - Titel: Barrieren der Etablierung von Pflegediagnosen – Eine Fokusgruppenanalyse mit Pflegefachpersonen.
Ziel: Aufzuzeigen, an welche Barrieren Pflegefachpersonen der gynäkologischen Station Klinikum Nürnberg vor der Etablierung von Pflegediagnosen denken. 
Hintergrund: Im PARISH-Bezugsrahmen wird beschrieben, dass es von Vorteil ist, Beteiligte bei Veränderungsprozessen miteinzubeziehen. 
Methode: Durchführung einer Fokusgruppe mit fünf Mitarbeitern der Station und anschließender Auswertung mittels qualitativer Inhaltsanalyse nach Mayring. 
Ergebnisse: Die Teilnehmer äußerten einige Bedenken, jedoch auch eine Vielzahl von Vorteilen von Pflegediagnosen. Das Wichtigste für die Teilnehmer der Fokusgruppe war es, dass Pflegediagnosen auf Station einen sichtbaren Nutzen für eine erfolgreiche Implementierung erfordern.  
Schlussfolgerung: Aufbau von Schulungen, welche Wissen zum Thema Pflegediagnosen vermitteln und die Pflegefachpersonen in ihrer Profession stärken.
N2  - Title: Nurses barriers in successful establishment of nursing diagnoses – a focus group analysis.
Aim: To present the barriers nurses of the Gynaecological Unit at the Nürnberger Klinikum have, to establish a nursing diagnosis.  
Background: The PARISH-framework describes the advantages of involving employees in changing processes.  
Methods: Implementation of a focus group consisting of five unit employees, and subsequent evaluation using the qualitative content analysis of Mayring.  
Results:  The participants expressed some concerns, but also a variety of benefits of nursing diagnosis. Participants of the focus group found, that an obvious need for a nursing diagnosis was the most important factor for the successful implementation on the Unit.  
Conclusions: Establishing workshops to teach how to develop and implement nursing diagnosis
