• Die vorliegende Arbeit setzt sich mit dem Thema Berufsausbildung gem. § 8 b Abs 1 (Verlängerte Lehre) und Abs 2 (Teilqualifikation) in der Gastronomie (vormals Integrative Berufsausbildung) auseinander. Zielsetzung der vorliegenden Masterarbeit ist die Beantwortung der Frage, inwieweit diese Maßnahme sich auf einen erfolgreichen Lehrabschluss auswirkt bzw. wie diese wahrgenommen wird. Neben der Darstellung der gesetzlichen Grundlagen und der Rahmenbedingungen der Berufsausbildung gem. § 8 b Abs 1 und Abs 2, wird die Situation der Lehrlinge in der Gastronomie in der Arbeitswelt und in der Berufsschule analysiert. Dazu werden Lehrlinge, die diese Form der Berufsausbildung absolvieren, befragt und die Ergebnisse dieser Befragung werden dargestellt und interpretiert.
• The present work is based on the topic of vocational training of young people with special needs in the catering trade (formerly Integrative vocational training). The objective of this Master thesis is to answer the question of the effect of this regulation on a successful apprenticeship and how it is perceived by the apprentices. In addidtion to the presentation of the legal foundations and the frame conditions of vocational training according to § 8 b 1 and the situation of the apprentices in the catering trade in the working world and in the vocational school are analyzed. For this purpose, apprentices completing this form of vocational training are interviewed and the results of this survey are illustrated and interpreted.
