• My inner motivation to cover this subject became apparent in the last few years of my professional career. Right from the start, it became evident that mental well-being, health, as well as the experience of stress and dealing with it, plays an enormous role in my everyday work, the job of a teacher. This master's thesis has reference to health among primary school teachers and the importance of personality development for stress prevention and intervention and is intended to provide an overview of this topic. The theoretically structure was created by dealing with various literature. Based on this theory, the research work continued, which was carried out with the help of interviews with elementary school teachers. The aim of my master's thesis is to find suggestions on how to deal with stress for readers in a pedagogical professional situation while learning and personally changing.
