• Title: Exploring the Impact of Physical Activity on Creativity in Elementary School Children This thesis investigates the relationship between creativity and physical activity in elementary school children, driven by the conviction that education should not only prepare individuals for the future but also empower them to lead fulfilling lives in the present. The study begins by dispelling misconceptions about creativity, emphasizing its significance in a rapidly changing world. Drawing on literature and quantitative research, it explores the potential link between physical activity and creativity. The research involves a comprehensive assessment of creativity in elementary school children through a specially designed test. Participants engage in a structured program of creativity-enhancing physical activities over eight weeks, with pre- and post-intervention assessments. Results show significant positive effects, with the experimental group demonstrating improved performance compared to the control group. These findings support the hypothesis that targeted creativity-enhancing activities positively influence elementary school children's creativity, suggesting their potential integration into the conventional curriculum. The research underscores the importance of nurturing creativity for navigating a dynamic future, emphasizing the pivotal role of education in shaping and empowering individuals to unlock their creative potential. In conclusion, this study offers insights with potential implications for pedagogical practices, highlighting the importance of deliberate interventions in promoting creative thinking among young learners.
