• Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit Partizipation in der Wohnungslosenhilfe, präziser mit der Partizipation in Einrichtungen der Wohnungslosenhilfe nach § 67 ff SGB XII. Der Fokus wird auf die Partizipation in der Einrichtung und im Hilfeprozess an sich gelegt. Die Partizipation nach Außen, in die Gesellschaft rein, wird in dieser Arbeit nur gestreift. Die vorliegende Arbeit bewegt sich im thematischen Aufbau von Groß nach Klein und beschäftigt sich erst mit Partizipation und streift dabei auch die politische Partizipation, dann Partizipation in der sozialen Arbeit und dann mit Aspekten warum Partizipation eine besondere Rolle in der Wohnungslosenhilfe allgemein und in der Wohnungslosenhilfe nach § 67 ff SGB XII spielt. Dabei geht sie auf die Aspekte der erlernten Hilflosigkeit, Empowerment und dem fachlichen Grundverständnis der sozialen Arbeit ein. Die zwei Kernelemente sind die Partizipation im Hilfeprozess, beispielsweise über Hilfepläne und deren Gestaltung und die Partizipation innerhalb der Einrichtung, beispielsweise über Bewohnerversammlung und deren Vorbereitung. Anschließend wurde in einer konkreten Einrichtung nach §§ 67 ff SGB XII in einer deutschen Großstadt in Klienten mit einem SPSS-Leitfaden interviewt (n=6). Damit soll folgende zweiteilige Forschungsfrage bearbeitet werden „Wie nehmen Klienten die vorhandenen Partizipationsprozesse wahr und wie stellen sie sich die Partizipation vor?“ Die Wahrnehmung der Partizipation ist grundsätzlich gut, obwohl sich unterschiedliche Ergebnisse bezüglich der Partizipation im Hilfeprozess und der Partizipation in der Einrichtung zeigen. Die Vorstellung der Klienten über Partizipationsprozesse gestaltet sich in der Auswertung deutlich schwieriger, es zieht sich durch, dass Veränderungswünsche bezüglich dem Partizipationstool der Bewohnerversammlung bestehen, weitere Veränderungswünsche allerdings nicht konkret verbalisiert werden können.
• The following paper deals with participation in homlessness assistance, to be more specific, with the participation in homeless facilities according to §68 ff SGB XII, focusing on participation within the centre and the assistance in the process itself. Participation from the outside in the society is only briefly broached in this paper. The presented work is structured from large to small. At first it deals with participation and moreover touches on political participation, afterwards participation in socialwork and furthermore with aspects of why participation is playing a special role in the homelessness assistance in general as well as according to § 67 ff SGB XII. At the same time it addresses the aspects of learned helplessness, empowerment and the basic conceptional understanding of social work. The two core elements are participation in the assistance process, for example via assistance plans and the way they are structured, just as the participation within the facility, for example via resident meetings and their method of preparation. Subsequently, clients have been interviewed in a specific centre of a major German city using an SPSS guide (n=6). The aim was to answer the following two-part research question: "How do clients perceive the existing participation process and how do they visualise partiipation?" The perception of participation is basically good, althoug there are different results regarding to participation in the course of the aid and participation in the centre. The clients' perception of participation procedures is much more difficult in the evaluation. It is noticable that there are requests for change regarding to the participation tool of the resident meeting, and furthermore, requests for change cannot be expressed.
